Timbers
Timbers are a symbol of strength and raw, innate beauty. Providing protection from the untamed elements of nature, while exhibiting the inner glow of earthly color, grain and texture. We see and we are drawn closer to touch, which broadens our sensory appreciation to its full beauty. A timber will age gracefully, proudly showing its surface chasms and cracks and move as it adjusts to its newfound purpose. Building a home with timbers is a reflection of deep passion and love for wood.
At Kwaterski Bros. Wood Products, we understand this extrasensory affair and envision more homeowners choosing this type of architecture. Larger timber projects require longer lead terms to provide the best choice in wood specie, grade, orientation of cut and surface texture.
With our mill direct relationships, we can offer the finest values in Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar, Engelmann Spruce, Redwood, White Pine, White Oak and even Walnut timbers. For the smaller projects, we inventory Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar and White Pine timbers up to 12x12x24’.
